2023 68th MT Legislature Updates
At the start of the 2023 new year, the 68th Legislature will begin in Montana and there are already a number of bills being introduced that we, as School Psychs, will want to stay current with. We pledge to keep you updated on important bills and we would like to request your support as well.
If you know any of Montana’s state legislators, please keep in contact with them. Also, be ready to contact your representatives to make your opinions known. If you become aware of news that MASP needs to know, please contact us!

2021 67th MT Legislature Bill Lists
The 2021 67th Legislature opened on 1/4/21 and closed on 5/13/21. For a summary of legislative sessions this year related to K-12 schools, check out the following Montana OPI portal.
